Caroline Bidwell D.V.M.

Dr. Caroline Bidwell grew up in Chagrin Falls, OH, where her love of animals began early in life.  Following high school, Dr. Bidwell attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, where she studied Biology and Studio Art.  Dr. Bidwell interned with Dr. Leeb at TLC Pet Hospital during undergrad for two years, where she learned the importance of providing compassionate and quality veterinary care.  After graduation, she attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbus, OH.   As a 2013 graduate, she settled in Cincinnati, OH to begin her career in small animal medicine.   She has particular interest in internal medicine and dentistry. 

Dr.  Bidwell now resides in Chagrin Falls with her husband, Joshua, and her son, Matthew.  Their rescue dog, Light, is always full of energy.  Dr.  Bidwell’s hobbies include painting, crafting, nature walks, and baking.  She is very excited to return to TLC Pet Hospital and to start the next chapter of her veterinary career.

Jen Braverman-

Practice Manager

Jen is a Solon native that has been with TLC for over 25 years. Jen is the Practice Manager for TLC and is also in charge of human resources, finance, inventory, and marketing. She has also worked for a multi-doctor practice while getting her bachelors of Science from Eastern Michigan University. She has fostered several dogs and kittens over the years. Jen now resides in Bainbridge with her husband Michael, three kids, and two Boston Terriers. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, riding the ATV and camping.

Jen Daus (J.D.) -

Registered Vet Technician / Receptionist

After a career at The Plain Dealer, Jen decided to follow her passion for rescue work by volunteering at the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter where she fostered many dogs with medical and behavioral needs. This reaffirmed that animals was her vocation and drove her to earn a degree in veterinary technology going to school at night while working for TLC during the day. After earning her RVT in 2015, she continued her rescue work at the Geauga County Humane Society’s Rescue Village, where she still volunteers with the barn animals and dogs, and eventually found her way back to TLC in September 2021.

Jen and her husband live in Auburn Township on a 5-acre hobby farm with goats, chickens and dogs. They are also active fosters for Ohio Shorthair Rescue, a non-profit group specializing in rescuing and rehoming German Shorthair Pointers.

Tiana Morton -

Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist

Tiana is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and has been working in the veterinary field for more than 10 years. She is married with four children and has 17 pets. Her pets include dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, and a bearded dragon. She also fosters pets for the local animal rescue. She enjoys spending time boating and hiking with her family.

Megan Slatinsky -

Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist

Megan has spent over 10 years working in veterinary clinics. Megan has finished her certification in pet resuscitation in September 2020. Megan volunteers with rescues and shelters and fosters in her spare time. She and her husband are the proud owners of 2 dogs, 3 cats and many fish. In her free time she enjoys reading, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.

Debbie Bartos -

Receptionist

Debbie previously worked in the veterinary field for more than 10 years. She is married and has two corgi’s which she trains and competes in agility. In Debbie’s free time she enjoys kayaking, fishing and gardening.

Heather Blue-

Vet Technician

Heather is a graduate of Stautzenberger College of Veterinary Technology. She worked at the Great Lakes Veterinary Hospital in the oncology department for four years before joining the TLC team in November 2021.  She enjoys working with Dr. Bidwell and the rest of the staff at TLC. Heather resides in Chagrin Falls with her fiance Dale, her three children and many fur-babies including three cats and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family playing games, going to movies and taking walks.


Sydney is originally from Stow, Ohio until recently moving to Chagrin Falls last year where she found TLC! She has always had a passion for helping animals, and has been dog sitting for many years. She is excited to be starting the veterinary technic

Vet Assistant / Receptionist

Sydney is excited to be currently enrolled in the veterinarian technician program. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her rescue pup Mika, and doodle Lilo!
